SCHEDULING FOR GROWTH
This tool will help you enter the right hours in the Scheduler for any given week. Set the number of hours you plan to spend on projects and the number of hours you expect to plan on outreach calls, and you will see how you should enter your availability in the Scheduler.
As of today, , you need to make sure that you have entered your availability for the weeks up to (and including the week of) .
With the settings you’ve entered, you should set your schedule with the following amounts:
| Woo Growth Tickets | hours | Woo Growth Calls | hours | Woo A8C Citizenship | hours | Woo Growth Admin | hours | Woo AI Work | hours |
Here’s a visual example of how you could set it up in the Scheduler (but feel free to put the blocks in a different order):
8h/8h

Notes
- You can still adjust the settings at the top and the changes will be reflected immediately.
- We don’t really need to know when you perform your tasks; we need to know how many hours you plan to spend on your tasks. This is why it’s important that you enter the right number of hours in the Scheduler, but it’s less important where you put those blocks in the scheduling grid.
- This tool does not account for weeks that are more or less than 40 hours (including part-time schedules, 6-day weeks, weekend work, etc.)
- It also does not accomodate for days where there’s more than 2 meetings. If you have any of that and you have trouble determining your schedule, talk to your lead.
